
About Bridget
Graduating from Johnson & Wales University, Bridget VanRemortel earned degrees in both Culinary Arts and Baking & Pastry Arts.
At the age of 14, she began working in kitchens and has been baking professionally for over 18 years.
Following her passion, she is currently operating her own baking business in the small mountain community of Bakersville. Bridget has worked in restaurants, resorts, large hotels, and country clubs in Colorado, Maine, Rhode Island, and both North & South Carolina.
Bridget has been weaving for over 4 years and has her work in local galleries in the Western Mountains of North Carolina.
